Jobs under $300: no deposit required.
Jobs $300 and over: 50% deposit required to secure the booking.

Are the website prices fixed?
No. They are starting prices for standard general rubbish. Your final quote depends on volume, weight, waste type, disposal costs and access.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If access is arranged and the items are clearly identified, some jobs may be completed without you being present. This is confirmed before booking.
Do you take mattresses and tyres?
Yes, but separate disposal charges may apply.
Do you take green waste?
No. Mazzone Services is not currently accepting green waste or garden waste.
Do you take concrete, bricks, soil or tiles?
Potentially, but dense materials are quoted separately because trailer weight limits can be reached before the trailer is full.
